Manicure in November.

November calls for something warm and a little moody. This time I chose a tortoiseshell French tip — amber and caramel swirls over a sheer pearlescent base, like holding a piece of autumn in your hands.

The design is intricate enough to feel special but wearable enough for every day. It pairs perfectly with everything in my wardrobe this season — the camel coats, the chocolate browns, the deep burgundies.

A manicure is such a small thing. But it changes the way you feel about your hands, and somehow, the way you feel about everything else.
